Christmas, they say have stared early but the ugly head of COVID-19 might prevent a lot of large parties from coming on but where all the protocols are adhered to and safety measures put in place, the ecstasy of the yuletide will come alive.

This yuletide, if not for C-19, would have been one of the best ever Christmas’, packed with a lot of songs that will never make any party dull, even if they do not Open the Gate for more numbers.

1.ADOM

Award winning gospel artiste of the year, Diana Antwi Hamilton’s ‘ADOM’ will be the song that will be played by most Disc jokey to usher celebrants into  parties. This particular song should be on all play lists because if we have survived COVID-19 and gone through a peaceful elections, then the essence of our praise should be centered on God’s grace.

 

2.OPEN GATE

Kuami Eugene’s ‘Open Gate’ and its mesmerizing beat, is what every party loving person will never stop dancing to. This COVID-19  laced yuletide will never close any doors when Kuami Eugene has come to Open the gate that will make us dance and forget our sorrows, political differences, bitterness and hatred for each other.

3.NO DULLING

After opening the Gate to the venue of the party and meeting loved ones and new people, there can never be anything like dullness when Keche ft Kumai Eugene’s ‘No Dulling’ is among the tracks on the DJ’s play list.

4.PUTUU

BhimNation’s President, Stonebwouy still have his ‘Putuu’ prayer song as one of the never to be forgotten songs in this C-19 laced year; just as we didn’t forget Patapaa’s One Corner that is how we are going to dance to ‘Putuu’ or ‘Mpaebo’ at our parties till the end of the year.

5.WHY

TV3 Mentor Judge and GMB 2020 sound track maker, Adina Thembi’s ‘Why’ is gaining grounds and gradually becoming a household track. ‘WHY’ asks’ who  you will be taking home after the party;only if you dey feel am. This track is soothing and will be best for you and your lover whiles sitting alone or enjoying a pineapple punch together whiles standing.

6.La HUSTLE

AMG Medikal’s latest track is also  one that came in late but is getting popular because of a  line in the  track  ‘La hustle ooo….3ny3 saa la wu’. Rap lovers will never allow a DJ close a party without playing AMG’s La Hustle.

7.JERUSALEMA

No Christmas Party will end successfully without a dancing competition with South African Master KG’s ‘Jerusalema’, la lai! This is a song that is making great waves on  the Ghanaian music market and comes with funny choreographic styles which  makes partying with it nice and memorable.

8.DW3

Dr.Drew and Krymi’s ‘Dw3’ cannot  miss any serious DJ’s playlist. The ‘walahi’ part is a killer punch that will put boys-boys in a sing along mood any day.

9. ENJOYMENT

Sugar Daddy’s ‘Enjoyment’ is still making waves and cannot be taken out from any party list if a DJ wants to move people to the dancing floor

10.AGBEBOLO (Bread of Life)

Now,lovely readers, you all know our party started with Diana Hamilton’s ‘Adom’ and as we wrap up on the chart, we do that, with sensational Celestine Donkor’s ‘Agbebolo’ featuring Talented Kids’ Nhyiraba Gideon. This is a wonderful song by all standards.

Ladies and gentlemen, as we prepare towards Christmas, let us not forget to have a place for COVID-19 precautions.
