Dear ASOMESI comma
Yesterday, I chanced upon a kayayo ‘female head potter’ having a heated argument with a client amidst tears at #Kaytia…
I couldn’t stand there to watch or interfere but from explanations, I learnt the kayaye negotiated with the client a charge of Ghc 4.00; from Dr. Mensah to Kaytia but she was treated unfairly and wouldn’t let go…
On reaching the destination, the woman wanted to give her Ghc 1.00!!!
Can you imagine!
ASOMASI, such inhumane treatment against our mothers and sisters in the Kayaye business, who wake up as early as 2am with some of them strapping their babies at their back should be frowned upon…
I blame the big men and women who are to make the Northern Ghana a heaven but are sitting on the fence…
Some of these girls are SHS graduates among others
Today, I’m not myself
