THE INTRO – Like most of you, growing I was told, “if you want to be “successful,” you should work hard in school to get A HIGH-INCOME JOB and become a doctor/engineer/ lawyer/ accountant / etc. But as I grew older, I started noticing some Hollywood actors and English Premier League football players becoming more “successful” than the high-income jobs we were recommended.

***WELL…THEY FORGOT TO TELL US SOMETHING INESCAPABLE AND THIS IS IT: even when you have a high-income job, your salary is determined by the employer and of course, your minimum wage is determined by government policies of your country, WHILE the wages for high-income skills are determined by “the market.” (THE DEMAND)

Industries such as IT/ journalism/ stand up comedy/ DJ/ TV hosting/ music production/ writing/acting are not generally classified as High Income Jobs but when well polished they become high-income skills depending on the market. I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE.

***THEY TOLD US “GET YOURSELF MORE COLLEGE PAPERS TO MAKE MORE PAPER ” LOL
I have spent some time with Hollywood stars, It is amazing to learn how The Rock/ Chris Rock/ Kevin Hart with no college papers are paid more in a movie than a person who went for 5-7 years in a drama school and has a Masters or PhD in the film industry, NOT because they are more QUALIFIED, BUT because they REFINED THEIR SKILL TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH THEY GET PAID BY THE DEMAND THEY HAVE CREATED. VALUE is of Great essence here.

So, you can find someone who has a “high-income job” but is still suffering because they tied their profession to a salary under which the employer has the power.
YOU CAN BECOME RICH, BUT IT IS HARD TO BECOME WEALTHY FROM ANY JOB SALARY. Unless You cultivate your profession to a high-income skill.
In the 21st Century, Any job can be turned into a high-income skill, yes even bricklaying/ Molding. (To be continued)

[Next episode] YOU CAN HAVE ONE JOB BUT MANY SKILLS,
WHERE EACH SKILL GENERATES YOU INCOME, THINK ABOUT IT.
