A. POLICE CLEARANCE FORM

i.Norminal Vetting (Non-resident) ………GHC 1,380.00

ii.Ordinary Vetting (Non-resident) ………GHC 115.00

iii.Employment vetting/Finger prints on CID Form 59…. GHC 69.00

Authentication of Police Clearance……GHC 50.00

Remarks

These Forms and procedures can be paid for and accesed at the Nima Divisional Headquarters, Accra.

  • The procedure is mainly to check the criminal background
  • Again for Visa applications and immigration purposes for non-residents.
  • Background checks for job applicants

B. VETTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bank of Ghana……. GHC 500.00

Education……GHC 60.00

Security and Exchange Commission…. GHC 60.00

Remarks

  • These are procedures done for people appointed by the intuitions, banks, Insurance companies, banks, Micro finance etc as members of their Board of Directors.
  • Payments for these procedures also do take place at the Nima Divisional Police Headquarters, Accra, Ghana.

C.DOCUMENT EXAMINATION

  • Indenture
  • Will
  • Signature Analysis
  • Slips from Banks

Remarks

This equally important examination takes place at the Forensic Lab of the Ghana Police Service and one has to make payments at the CID Headquarters, Accra.
