Back in primary 6, a very good friend of mine was the Class prefect and it wasn’t an easy one for him especially when he submits names of Talkers, late comers or try to keep the class in order..
The “you will see what I will do to you” threats and unnecessary loggerheads from some friends made Russell vow to step down as the Prefect amidst tears and even before that, he always tried to make peace with everyone but he still had opponents.
Ladies and gentlemen, wherever you find yourself, be it in an organization, a group etc where you come into contact with people, bear it in mind, not everyone will support or like you even if you give out your heart as a sacrifice.
Working to please people or avoid backslashing will make you end up doing nothing or yielding no results.
It is only an ice cream that is loved by all; even that, people prefer some flavours to others.
Don’t leave your precious life trying to be an ice cream that will be loved by all!
